Regarding the results of Avrahom’s present to Avimelech

-   Avrahom made a treaty with Avimelech king of Plishtim. He then gave him seven sheep.
-   These seven sheep represented seven elements his nation would rule on.
-   Avrahom had calculations why he did this, but here are some consequences.
-   The Plishtim killed seven righteous people, Shimshon, Chopni, Pinchous, Shual and three of his sons.
-   The Plishtim caused the mishkan to be moved seven times.
-   The Aron (holy ark) was in captivity by the Plishtim for seven months.
